A Joyful Christmas Concert At Dungate Manor
Dungate Manor marked the festive season with a Christmas concert that brought residents, families and staff together for a really enjoyable afternoon.

We were delighted to welcome Pastor Arul, along with children and families from the Church of the Living God in Hanworth, who filled the home with music and Christmas spirit.

The room quickly filled as residents and guests took their seats, and it felt like the perfect start to Christmas at the home. The singing and performances were thoroughly enjoyed, with residents joining in where they could and sharing beautiful moments with family members beside them.

After the concert, everyone stayed to spend time together, with lots of mingling, chatting and dancing, as well as enjoying food prepared by the team, giving the afternoon a relaxed, celebratory feel.

One particularly heartwarming moment came when Alicia, the great-grandchild of one of our Dungate residents, was presented with a prize from our Christmas Card Competition. Having her family there to share the moment made it even more special and it was a proud occasion for everyone involved.

The concert was a lovely reminder of how much these shared experiences matter to our residents. Seeing different generations together, enjoying the music and each other’s company, really summed up what the season is all about at Dungate Manor.
