Olive Tree Planted At Dungate Manor Care Home
On Friday, 10th October, residents, families and staff at Dungate Manor were joined by local MP Rebecca Paul to plant an olive tree in the home’s garden.

The tree was planted as a tribute to loved ones and a reminder of the memories shared within the Dungate community. The olive tree has deep symbolic roots in peace, resilience and unity, and for Dungate Manor, it stands as a tribute to loved ones past and present and to the community that continues to grow here. The olive branch also holds special meaning for Premium Care Group, whose emblem reflects the values of care, compassion and creating a safe, peaceful home for all who live here.

Guests enjoyed live music from Karen, a buffet lunch prepared by the home’s talented chefs, and thoughtful decorations arranged by the Lifestyle Team. The atmosphere was warm and lively, with plenty of laughter and conversation throughout the day.

“The olive tree will be a lovely place for residents, families and staff to stop and reflect,” said Lifestyle manager, Fena. “It means a lot to everyone who was involved.”

Dungate Manor would like to thank all who attended and express their appreciation to MP Rebecca Paul for joining them on such a memorable day.
